TeamLead AI, operated by Vaionex Corporation, is an AI-powered team management platform. The service provides automated task assignment, goal tracking, conflict detection, daily briefings, and code-aware project coordination for software development teams.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to access it through unauthorized means, or using it to violate any applicable law. You retain ownership of all code and content you provide to the service.

4. AI-Generated Content

TeamLead AI may generate code, recommendations, and decisions. All AI-generated pull requests require human approval before merging. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated changes to your codebase.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

6. Limitation of Liability

TeamLead AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vaionex Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
