1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you connect integrations (GitHub, Slack, Discord, Telegram), we access repository metadata, channel messages, and task information necessary to provide AI-powered team management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide the TeamLead AI service: generating daily briefings, tracking goals, detecting conflicts, and coordinating your team. We analyze code activity, communication patterns, and project progress to deliver actionable insights.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

4. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track personal data. We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's Claude for AI processing. Your team data may be sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. We do not sell your data to any third party. Integration data is only accessed with your explicit authorization.

6. Your Rights

You can export your data, delete your account, or revoke integration access at any time from your Settings page. For data deletion requests or privacy concerns, contact us at privacy@teamlead.ai.
