The problem

We were a team of developers spending more time in standups, status updates, and ticket management than actually writing code. Every tool we tried added more process instead of removing it. We needed something that would handle the coordination so we could get back to building.

What we built

TeamLead AI is an AI agent that replaces the management overhead in software teams. It reads your codebase, assigns tasks, runs standups, detects conflicts, and predicts delivery dates. Your team talks to a chat interface. Leaders get a dashboard. Nobody fills out a ticket ever again.

Our mission

Let developers do what they were hired to do: write code and solve problems. Management is important work, but most of it can be automated. We are building the tool we always wished existed.
